ROOT CAUSE FERTILITY TESTING

Go beyond guesswork. Discover what’s really happening in your body with advanced at-home testing.

If you’ve been trying to conceive and feel like you’re doing everything right, but it’s still not happening - it can feel confusing and incredibly frustrating.

Many women are told their tests look “normal,” yet they still experience symptoms like irregular cycles, PMS, fatigue, anxiety, or unexplained fertility struggles. The truth is that many underlying patterns affecting fertility simply aren’t visible on standard blood tests.

Functional testing allows us to look deeper at how your body is actually functioning - so we can uncover the patterns that may be affecting your hormones, energy, and reproductive health.

Instead of guessing what might help, I can use real data from your body to guide my personalised approach.

Why Do Function Testing?

Fertility is not just about one hormone or one system.

Your hormones, nervous system, metabolism, gut health and nutrient status are all deeply connected. When one area is out of balance, the others feel it too.

Functional testing helps us identify hidden patterns such as:

  • hormone imbalances affecting ovulation
  • cortisol and stress patterns impacting reproductive health
  • mineral imbalances affecting energy and hormone production
  • gut health issues that influence inflammation and hormone metabolism

Understanding these patterns allows us to support your body in a much more targeted and personalised way.

My Approach

My work is based on the ALIGNED Fertility Pillars, which support the key physiological foundations that influence fertility:

A – Adrenals: Supporting stress resilience and nervous system balance

L – Light: Restoring circadian rhythm and hormone signalling

I – Insulin: Balancing blood sugar and metabolic health

G – Gut: Improving digestion, microbiome health and nutrient absorption

N – Nutrition: Providing the nutrients needed for hormone production

E – Emotions: Processing emotions and creating safety in the body

D – Detox: Supporting healthy hormone metabolism and toxin clearance

Functional testing helps us identify which of these pillars may need the most support for your unique body.

How It Works

Step 1: Choose the test that best fits your symptoms or concerns

Step 2: The test kit is delivered directly to your home

Step 3: Complete your at-home test kit(s) & send it to the lab in the pre-paid envelope provided.

Step 4: Complete my intake forms, which will be emailed to you.

Step 5: Receive your results and I will then recorded a video & a personalised plan for education purposes only.

Step 5: Choose ongoing support (optional) so you can implement with confidence. No overwhelm. No guessing. Just clarity and practical next steps.

Where Should I Start?

If you’re unsure which test would be most helpful, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is often the best place to begin.

Many women I work with have already had standard blood tests and been told everything looks “normal.” However, blood tests don’t always show how your body is responding to stress, using nutrients, or producing energy at a cellular level.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis allows us to look deeper at these patterns and often reveals imbalances that may be affecting hormone balance, ovulation and fertility.

For many women, this test provides the first piece of the fertility puzzle and helps guide the next steps in a more personalised and targeted way.

Once we understand your mineral patterns, we can then decide whether further testing would provide additional insight.
