What happens after I buy a test?
As soon as you purchase, you’ll receive my detailed intake form and your test kit will be posted directly to you with full instructions. You’ll collect your sample in the comfort of your own home, then return it to the lab in the pre-paid packaging provided. When your results are back (usually 2–3 weeks but you will be informed if this will be any longer), I’ll send you your personalised video report and plan.

You’ll collect small urine samples on filter paper at home (at specific times of the day). It’s simple, non-invasive, and all instructions are included. If you have any questions at all just reach out to me and I will help guide you.

Yes - ideally, you’ll test in the luteal phase (about 5 - 7 days after ovulation). Don’t worry, you'll get full instructions with the test kit and I'll also guide you if you're stuck!
Absolutely! The DUTCH provides valuable insight into how your body is responding to HRT and if you are processing it effectively. When you give the test sample, the questionnaire will ask you if you are taking HRT and this will be factored into your results.
On average 2 - 3 weeks, though some may take a little longer depending on the lab. As soon as your results are back, you will be informed and I’ll prepare your video walkthrough and recommendations.
