By purchasing any service, programme, test, or review from Aligned Hormone Harmony, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Services

Aligned Hormone Harmony provides health coaching and educational services only.

Services may include:

  • lifestyle and nutritional education
  • functional health education
  • review and discussion of third-party laboratory test results
  • pre-recorded educational content
  • optional live coaching calls

Aligned Hormone Harmony does not:

  • diagnose or treat disease
  • provide medical advice
  • prescribe medication
  • provide or supervise clinical care

All services are non-medical and educational in nature.

2. Functional & Laboratory Testing

Some services may involve functional or laboratory testing provided by independent third-party laboratories (for example, Precision Analytics) and, where applicable, third-party phlebotomy providers (for example, prepaid Superdrug blood draw services).

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All testing is voluntary
  • All samples are collected, processed, and analysed by third-party providers
  • Aligned Hormone Harmony does not perform, supervise, or control laboratory testing or phlebotomy
  • You provide consent directly to the laboratory and collection provider
  • Testing is subject to the terms and governance of the testing provider

Aligned Hormone Harmony acts solely in an educational and coaching role.

3. Test Results & Review Process

Where test result reviews are included:

  • Results may be received by Aligned Hormone Harmony solely for the purpose of educational review
  • Results are not interpreted diagnostically or medically
  • Reviews may be delivered via pre-recorded video, with optional follow-up coaching calls where offered

You acknowledge that:

  • Results will be shared with you
  • You are responsible for seeking medical advice from a GP or licensed healthcare professional if results are abnormal, concerning, or unclear
  • Aligned Hormone Harmony is not responsible for medical follow-up or treatment decisions

4. Consent Requirement

By purchasing any service involving functional or laboratory testing, you confirm that:

  • You understand the nature and limits of health coaching
  • You consent to third-party laboratory testing
  • You accept that testing and phlebotomy are provided by external providers
  • You understand that results are reviewed for educational purposes only

If consent is not provided, Aligned Hormone Harmony reserves the right to decline or cancel the order.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aligned Hormone Harmony shall not be held liable for:

  • decisions you make regarding testing or health actions
  • laboratory or phlebotomy errors, delays, or outcomes
  • interpretation or actions taken outside the scope of health coaching
  • adverse reactions to dietary, lifestyle, or supplement choices
  • third-party services or providers

You agree that participation in coaching and testing is at your own discretion and responsibility.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital products, test reviews, and pre-recorded content are non-refundable once delivered
  • Testing services cannot be refunded once a test kit or booking has been initiated
  • Coaching calls may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability

7. Privacy & Data

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

Laboratory results and health information are used solely to deliver agreed services.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase via Stripe, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms of Service
  • You agree to them in full
  • You consent to health coaching services as described
