DUTCH Cycle Mapping – £352
This test is done by collecting a series of urine samples throughout the course of one menstrual cycle (approx 30 days). Full instructions will be given with the test kit and if you have any questions, then reach out to me!

It is if you want to save time and understand your cycle rather than months and months of tracking with trial and error.
If you want to understand not just when/if you ovulate, but also how your body is processing hormones (metabolism and detox pathways), the Complete Plus Cycle Mapping combo is ideal.
No this test is not suitable for that.
